Contact: email address (comments, newsletter, contact form).

Security: IP address, browser info, access logs.

Customer activity: comment content, form messages, newsletter interactions.

04Legal basis

KVKK article 5/2 (c) and (f): necessity for contract performance and the data controller's legitimate interest.

Explicit consent for marketing communication (KVKK 5/1). You can withdraw consent with one click.

05Data transfer

Personal data is shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery) only when necessary, in accordance with KVKK articles 8 and 9.

International transfers are made only to countries deemed safe under KVKK or through written undertakings.

06Your rights

Under KVKK article 11: right to learn whether your data is processed, request information if it is, learn the purpose, request correction, request deletion, and request compensation for unlawful processing.

Submit requests to privacy@itoverdose.com or by written application. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days.

07Retention & disposal

Personal data is retained for as long as processing purposes require and in accordance with statutory retention periods. At the end of the period data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized automatically.
